The Falmec Quantum Pro is a premium 84 cm integrated cooking system that combines advanced induction technology with a high-performance extraction system beneath a seamless Schott black ceramic glass surface. Designed for discerning homeowners, it delivers professional-grade cooking performance while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic.

At the heart of the system is Falmec's innovative motorised twin-glass-flap extraction technology. The glass flaps automatically open during operation to optimise airflow and capture cooking vapours directly at the source, improving extraction efficiency while preserving the clean appearance of the hob when not in use.

The brushless extraction motor delivers up to 600 m³/h airflow with 9 speed levels plus Boost mode, offering powerful extraction while maintaining low noise levels from 46 dB(A) to 64 dB(A). Auto Mode intelligently adjusts extraction power based on cooking activity, providing a hands-free experience.

The induction surface features Flex Surface technology, allowing all four cooking zones to function as one intelligent cooking area. The system automatically recognises pan placement and adjusts power distribution accordingly. Additional features include Double Bridge functionality, Keep Warm mode, automatic pan detection, timer functions, safety lock, residual heat indicators, and automatic safety shut-off.
