How can a buyer get refund?

You can request a refund through our customer desk if the item meets the eligibility to refund. Upon approval, the seller may provide a refund through the same card or bank you used at the sale points or E-wallet.

Are damaged or defective items eligible for return or replacement?

Damaged and defective items will not be eligible for the return or replacement. However, if the user could prove the damage or defect caused before or during the receipt of goods, shall get the return or refund.

Can buyer submit dispute?

Any dispute, grievance or issue with our services can be resolved at its best via discussion with our team. We will endeavor to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Upon the failure to settle down the disputes, any claims or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall legally proceed.
All sorts of disputes, disagreement, or violation subject to the use or access of this platform fall under the application of the law of the Dubai International Finance Center (DIFC). Any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Can buyer file Claims?

Any claims by the buyer can be submitted within 30 days of the shipment and no returns, refunds or replacement will be given without the authorization from the concerned department.

We are liable only for the services offered on the platform and we do not take any liability for any products by the sellers on our platform.
