  • Attach the provided return label securely to the package.

Please note:

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted without the original packaging.
  • Items must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was sold and shipped directly by Arab Tools.
  • It is in unused condition with all original packaging and labels intact.
  • The product was purchased using an accepted payment method (credit/debit card or approved e-wallet).
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Items purchased under special offers, clearance, or promotional sales may not be eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.
