The Falmec Quantum Pro Easy (New) is an indivisible cooking and extraction system that embodies Falmec's commitment to technological elegance. Measuring 84 cm, the unit integrates seamlessly at worktop level with a Schott black ceramic glass surface supported by a black steel extraction frame with scratchproof coating. The glass flap extraction element opens automatically when the unit is activated, optimising air intake aerodynamics for efficient and quiet fume capture achieving just 46 dB(A) at minimum speed. The brushless motor provides 600 m³/h with 9 speed levels plus boost. In Auto mode, Quantum Pro Easy intelligently monitors cooking activity and adjusts extraction power automatically, ensuring energy efficiency while maintaining a perfectly clean kitchen environment. Flex Surface induction technology with double bridge, automatic pot detection, and keep warm functionality make it one of the most fully featured integrated systems in the Falmec range. An optional Kit Frame Quantum Pro Black (KACL155#NF) allows for flush integration with cabinetry.
